When I search the Dell 1720dn Laser Printer on Microsoft's Compatibility Site - 
It states that the 1720dn is compatible with Windows 10 with a Free Download Required and a link to the Dell driver support page for the printer. However, http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN297761?dgc=SM&cid=266889&lid=5129275 states the printer is Not Supported.
Will there be a driver released for this printer?
