We have a Dell V505 printer. It can copy, print, and scan. Whenever we print, the output has a large black square in the upper right-hand corner, which ruins the copies. This does NOT happen when we print to the V505. What is causing this large 1 x 3 in. square, and what can we do to repair this problem?

Dell C1765NFW gets stuck processing
Hello,
I have a Dell c1765nfw color laser. I don't use it all that much, had it for about 2 years. Used by 3 PC's in the house via wifi for printing.
Suddenly, often when I print, it gets stuck. The printer screen says "Processing with a few dots", but it's frozen. No buttons work, like menu, cancel, or whatever. I tried many things, reinstalling drivers, even flashing the firmware, still happens.
It never happened before, and I don't really use it all that much so I don't think it broke, although that is possible.
Any ideas?
Is there a way to do a hard factory reset?

Dell B2360dn printer jams at same point every other job
We have Dell B2360dn printers in our schools and we have found issues where the primary pickup rollers will not grab the paper but this issue is with the output rollers on the backside of the printer. It could be something else, but the jam seems to happen each time at the output rollers. The rollers are all still tactile and seem to be grabbing fine but every other printjob the page gets stuck just as it hits the back rollers. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

Dell 3110cn streaks
I just bought this used printer. When I print it has these faint horizontal streaks going across the pages, I've run those tests suggested in the support documentation and the streaks appear on all of the test pages. I've already cleaned the transfer belt but the lines still appear, please help.

Printer error message
I have d DellV725w printer which I have not used very often. Recently i got an error msg :please reinsert the printer cartridges or printer head damage will occur. I have done this many times but still the msg comes up .I have tried switching the power off and restarting it but without success. I received no help fro Dell support please help or I have aan expensive door stop. Un fortunately it is just out of warranty and the support contract offered dy Dell is $9.00 cheaper than what I paid for it new

Dell V313w Printer Issues - Will not print black ink
Hi All,
I have an issue printing black in k in my 313w. I have followed the procedures as listed in other forum threads to try to resolve this issue but wondering if anyone can help (before I tear my hair out!)
The printer will not print black ink. There is ink in the cartridge, and the printer will produce black if I select Use Colur Ink Only in the printer preferences. I have taken out the ink cartidges and replaced them and also taken out the print head, cleaned and replaced that.
What does that leave me as an option? Replace the printhead - the printer has barely been used so it seems that if that is the only option, the product itself must be of very shoddy workmanship, ad I wouldnt be very happy to do this every time I cahnge the ink cartridge - and very costly. Its quite difficult to find them in the UK on the internet as it is and I havent managed to find them on the Dell website yet.

Small piece of paper torn off in C1660w exit roller. - help?
Hello - I cannot seem to access this small corner of paper that tore off in the exit roller (I think!) of my printer, and of course I can't get the printer to run while it keeps telling me "paper jam", either... does anybody have advice for me?

1135N all in one.
While trying to scan papers from the auto feed the second page always goes in crooked and jams up. I have tried to clean anything that moves between the roller to the output but it still keeps jamming. I try to scan documents to my computer but can't get past the paper jam. I can manually scan one page at a time but really counterproductive. Basically I guess what I am asking is do I have a POS or is there a fix for this problem? Nowhere in the manual does it discuss jamming in the top feed or how to avoid them. Help if possible.

Printer prints successfully. On a subsequent print, it starts printer long vertical lines. Then freezes up and gives error message 006-370.

3010cn Windows 8.1 driver?
I also have the driver installed on my Win 8.1 machine...and can do "basic" printing. What I cannot do is make custom paper sizes -- which I need to do! Anyone have a solution (Dell... how about it? It IS your printer after all...)

I recently upgraded my laptop from a 80gb SSD to a 240gb SSD and did a fresh install of win 8.1... My old SSD was also a win 8.1 and my Dell 5100cn printer worked fine, and still does if I put the old hard drive in...

Further information if it matters, when i view devices and printers on my new install my default printer reads "Dell Printer 5100cn PS" but when I view devices and printers on the old drive it reads "Dell Laser Printer 5100cn PCL" which makes me think I am not installing the same drivers/software.. I have tried multiple drivers in normal and compatibility mode and for the life of me I cant figure out what I am doing wrong..

For the life of me I cant figure out what I am doing wrong.. The printer still works fine if I swap back to my old HDD so I know its something I am doing (or not doing).. I have been trying to figure this out all day and have installed multiple drivers in both normal and compatibility mode to no avail.
When I open up devices and printers on the old HDD the printer name reads "Dell Laser Printer 5100cn PCL6" but when I check devices and printers on my new SSD it reads "Dell Printer 5100cn PS".. So I know that I am not installing the same thing I did before and I cant figure out what I installed.. I am using a Toshiba Satillite P75-A7200 if that matters..

Error message when scanning to a Word file with photo 966 printer
When I attempt to scan a document to a Word file I get the following error message: "Job Status Window Interface has stopped working." The printer is wired to an Aspire E1-771-6458 laptop computer (My Dell Inspiron died of a broken motherboard.) I am running Windows 7. How do I get the scan to work?

Replacement Tray for 5130cdn 1,100 sheet feeder D712R
I recently purchased a D712R sheet feeder for my 5130cdn, but it did not come with trays. Apparently what I bought was some DELL OEM part - G193T - which is everything except for the two trays.
Does anyone know where I can get the trays or at least what the proper part number is. The main tray ALMOST fits - it stops from closing by 1/4" due to a piece of plastic on the right side. I believe it would work if I dremel the plastic off, but before I order some main trays, I would like confirmation from someone.
Any help would be appreciated.
