Hello,
On this page: How to Resolve Print Quality Issues on the C1765nf / C1765nfw Dell Laser Printers in the section "Random Spots/Blurred Images", it says:
- Clean up the fusing unit.
- Load one sheet of paper on the MPF, and then print a solid image all over paper.
- Load the printed sheet with the side to be printed on facing down, and then print a blank sheet of paper.
I'm confused what step b means by "the side to be printed on facing down". On this model, the side of the paper facing up is the side that is printed on, so how can I load the paper such that the side to be printed on is facing down...? It seems like the meaning was "lost in translation".
After I print a solid image, and put the printed page back into the printer to print a blank page, should I put the printed sheet in the paper tray with the inked side up (i.e. if the second page wasn't blank it would overprint the solid image), or inked side down (i.e. if the second page wasn't blank it would print on the reverse side from the solid image)?
Thanks,
Rob.
