Our church printer. Others have done what the error code recommended and Dell even sent a replacement printer that required us to move our toner and drums over to new printer. Same error. Ordered and replaced toner but not drums - same error. I just went in and cleaned the ROS windows for each drum (had not been done) and reseated the magenta drum and toner - still have error. Since this is a replacement printer from Dell and have not replaced M drum, suspect M drum is culprit but church unwilling to pay $200 for 4 drums when only might need one and it might not be the issue! Any body ever seen this and perhaps have further suggested TS steps? Thanks! Gene
