My C1760nw Colour Printer is skewing print. Text at the bottom of the page is 3mm higher on the right than on the left. I've checked the guide rails, used the bypass tray, used different grades of paper with the appropriate settings, and the problem persists.
Now that's a pain, but what is unacceptable is the lack of response from Dell support. I've submitted 2 support requests in the last 20 days and had NO response. Come on Dell, I thought you were supposed to respond within a day. I want this sorting as I'm fast losing patience.
