v515 wireless printer won't print after power save mode

Hi all,

I have a user with a v515 printer set up for wireless printing and it stops working after entering power save mode. Reinstalling the printer will get it woking again but only until it goes into power save mode, then it stops. A message comes up on the computer saying that it can't communicate with the printer.

I helped him uninstall and then reinstall the printer and it worked at the time but I just got another call from him. The printer had entered power save mode and then stopped working again.

What could it be?
