I have a Dell V515w All In One printer. It had been installed on my LG computer, but the "Dell Printer Home" function had stopped working. So I uninstalled the printer and am trying to reinstall it. I was told that downloading the drivers from the website would be better than using the original disk (from 2011) to reinstall.
So I have tried to do that; when I get to the page on the Dell site that has the drivers, it gives me a choice from the drop-down menu for 32 bit or 64 bit; I select the 64 bit, but the only available download that shows up is the 32 bit (which accidentally downloaded and cannot seem to uninstall--I am now trying "system restore" to get it off my computer). How do I get it to show me the 64 bit driver? Thanks for any help you can give me. (I have the Dell Concierge program for my Dell laptop, but since this is a non-dell computer that I'm attempting to reinstall my Dell printer on, I didn't think I could use it.) Kassie
