3130CN Will not print from Tray 2

Have been using our 3130CN for years - no problems. Now it won't print from Tray 2. In WIN 7 printer options, Tray 2 has disappeared. Only Tray 1 and MPF exist. Per the manual, if Tray 1 is empty it's supposed to transfer the job to Tray 2 assuming it's the same paper type, size, etc. I have network access and all settings are the same in the browser.

Tray 2 is the 550 sheet tray and that's what we need. How do I get Tray 2 back?
