I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. It seems print-head needs to be reseated to resolve this issue. Kindly perform the steps below:

Removing and reinserting the Printhead may be necessary to clean the Printhead or resolve a Printhead errors.

To remove and reinsert the Printhead, perform the following steps:

1. Make sure the printer is on. On the control panel on the front of the printer, press the Setup   button, using the arrow buttons highlight Maintenance and press OK. Use the arrow buttons to selectReplace Printhead and press OK. 
   
    Note:

   On printers with LCD screens there are instructions and pictures on how to remove and reinsert the Printhead, just follow the instruction presented on the LCD or follow the written instructions below. The use of a flashlight or very bright area is recommended for the process, to see the parts involved.

2. Press the release and lift the Printhead latch (Figure 5) .
