As I understand, you have already done most of the troubleshooting required to be done in such cases, including updating the printer firmware, with no positive results.
What you may need to do is replace the printhead of your Dell V515W.
If the printer is under warranty, please contact me through private message by clicking on my name highlighted in blue. On the next page, click the envelope icon and provide your service tag and contact information so that I may access your system records.
However, if the printer is out of warranty then you need to purchase the faulty printhead in order to replace the same.
