I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
As the printer is doing a stand alone copy without any issues it doesn't seems to be a hardware issue with the printer.
Please give printouts from different software like; Excel,Word,Outlook, Online( Internet explorer) and check if the issue occurs with a specific software only.
You should also consider windows re-installation as the issue is caused due to a software corruption. Please check the link below for performing the same:
