Sorry for the delay, my weekend to work. If DELL-Sandeep P can help you sooner, please follow his advice.
Since you can copy a document with no problems, that suggests the printer is functioning properly. I would look at the settings on the printer and make sure the proper paper size is selected.(might be a setting or under maintenance)
Start, control panel, devices and printers,right click on your printer, printer preferences, Make sure the proper paper size is selected.
First try opening the document in question. If it is a Word Document, make sure the proper page layout is selected and hopefully within your printer's margins.
Click on file, print. Make sure the proper printer is selected and click on printer properties and make sure the proper paper size is selected.
If this does not work, run Delete Print Jobs to remove stuck print job(s) from the queue, then restart your computer.
Follow the instruction located at Dell 962 All-In-One Inkjet Printer owners thread (W7) The instructions are a little old but still work.
