I want to return this product. I should have never purchased a dell wireless printer. It will not stay connected to the network now after 2 months after purchase and the computer does not recognize it even when it is briefly connected. All of the troubleshooting answers did not work. I give up. It has been 10 HOURS working on fixing this problem and email and chat is not available from Dell which is not a shocker. What are we to do now after spending money on this obvious faulty product??????????????????????????????????????????????????
