2360dn won't pull paper form tray 1 (only tray)

I have a Dell B2360dn printer that has been working fine for the past couple of years and now it stopped pulling paper from the paper tray.  I have swapped the paper with another B2360dn printer which did not resolve the problem.

The printer works fine when pulling paper from the multipurpose feeder.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
