I have been trying configure a Dell 2335dn MFP printer to scan and send documents to email account
The email account is gmail and I have taken screen shots of the printer email setup
this is a snapshot of the SMTP server setup
The 2nd screenshot is the SMTP client setup
The 3rd screenshot is the Email Alert Setup screen the email address and passwords are correct
The Last screenshot is the LDAP server setup screen
My I try to scan to email I get a failure message printed there is no error code and reason why this failed. I made sure that the latest firmware was installed on printer v2.70.06.23 was installed today.
I use windows 7 OS 64bit. I honestly believe the issue is with the printer can I have someone check the way I configured the printer and advise accordingly.
