I have a C2665dnf color printer with a dead touch panel. The printer is old enough to be out of warranty, but we are still using the original "starter" cartridges. Unfortunately, the touch screen (aka touch panel) is dead, all except for a useless little bit right along the bottom edge. So far I have been unable to find a service manual or maintenance manual (which Dell usually has for download). No parts list - nothing.
So at the moment, we are probably somewhere around a dollar per page cost if we have to toss it. Sure would like to fix it, if I can find the parts (and figure out how to get into it <G>).
Suggestions???
