After a power outage my printer will not load up when powered on it gets about half way on menu screen loading bar and it stops and it never gives or shows any errors.
I have checked everything on the printer and reset it numerous times with no luck at all. This looks to be an issue with the loading of the firmware drivers. But how can this be corrected? Is it possible to install the firmware directly on the printer without having the printer boot all the way up.
Thoughts?
