Problem:
When trying to scan from Dell Printer Hub, I am getting the following error:
"An unexpected error has occurred.
Scanner is not available. Check the scanner and try again."
Note that I can scan just fine from the touch screen on the printer itself. I want, however, to be able to scan using the "Scan" button from Dell Printer Hub because I want my scanned documents to go to the folder I setup in Dell Printer Hub. When scanning from the unit itself, the scans go directly to a default folder I do not want to use.
How can I get the scan function to work directly from Dell Printer Hub so I don't have to get up and go to the unit and use the touch screen whenever I want to scan something?
