I have been fighting this printer for 34 days now and Tech support has not found the problem, Today they told me they would send me a refurbished same Printer, Mine is 34 days old and 5 to 7 days fighting it to work, Tech support says I am passed my 30 days for a new one, Seems to me that 5 days has been fighting them to fix it and I won't accept a refurbished printer, They should send a BRAND NEW ONE since I could not use this one, What is their problem at Tech support to say that I went passed 30 days, since 5 to 7 days was fighting them to fix it.
Seems there should be something that Dell would do the right thing and send a NEW ONE.
Anyone can Help please do in this matter, I have been a loyal Dell client for over 10 years now and never had this problem before where they have tried to get out of doing the right thing and send a brand new printer out to me so my Business can keep going.
Thank you DELL for not doing the right thing on this.
