Hope anyone can help me, as I'm very stuck with this one...
My XPS 13 laptop has been printing fine on my C2665dnf, until last week the scanner stopped working..
Things have happened before and normally the re-installation of the drivers fixes it all up. Not this time..
Drivers won't install (have tried many, many options). Its seems as if my laptop does not 'see' the printer.
Dell Helpdesk suggested to wipe my harddrive and start allover, even though they admitted that the driver install file also did not work on their machine.. i.e. very little help.
Any suggestions? I'm at a loss, I run my own business and really rely on this machine...
