H625cdw No Tech Support

So far there is really no support for this printer, and it is a lemon. It has various glitches that come and go. I still have a need for fax from time to time. I am in Heavy Haul trucking and some times the only way to transmit permits is via fax. My fax app will no longer permit me to enter numbers directly. I am sure this is some simple setting gone haywire. I have spent half a day on the phone with a sweet but confused person in the Philippines. We have updated drivers and downloaded firmware, fiddled with settings, reset to default, unplugged and refreshed. Gave up finally. Fast forward to 24 hours later. I was told to expect a call from a "Higher Department" (sounds like God). No call. I called them. Was told we are not allowed to contact the "Higher  Department" (No, must be the Pope) I have to say the only other Dell I have owned was a CN3115 Laser Printer, it was simply outdated but the function of the printer was far superior to this one, the quality of the components was excellent and Dell actually had real customer service until recently. I am not happy with this new printer, note that when I tried to use Unhappy as my user name I had to try several different versions of Unhappy before I found one that was not taken. That probably says it all.
