If you can look at the scanned image attached, I think it tells the whole story. There is a repeating pattern of 4 YMCK dots or spots the entire length of the page, around 3.5" from the left edge of the paper. Spacing between the spots is a little less than 0.25", and the spacing of the repetition is almost exactly 1.5". The spots are IDENTICAL in shape. (Note - the attached image is a composite of 3 scans at different magnifications.) You get the spots no matter what you print - they're always there in the background. Fusing is good - nothing rubs off. I haven't found anything with a 1.5" repeat. Maybe dirt on the mirror? Any ideas appreciated.
