I download the setup utility for the printer and set it up as wireless and everything seemed great the printer showed up as connected to the network, but the status on the computer is "offline" and is always that. If I set the use printer to offline the status changes to "offline" - "printer offline" reset the flag and printer reverts to status "offline".
I have removed and reinstalled a number of times and have tried to update driver from the website but they fail to install and I am left with a powered up printer that won't print.
Any suggestions or know fixes would be appreciated

I would like to thank Rick for his response but have read the articles and have tried most of the suggestions in them. The printer is not in demo mode although was in a previously try. The printout of the network setup is correct and my network believes it is working correctly, I guess my concern is the problem is either with windows 10 or at least on the computer side understanding how to find the printer on the network.
