Hello everyone :) I have a new, out of the box B2360d laser printer which I just connected to a Win 8.1 PC. Printer is connected and recognized, but when print jobs are sent to the printer, there are some sounds and then an error message appears informing me that paper is missing from Tray 1 - even though its really there. I have removed and reinserted the paper in the tray several times, but I always get the same result when printing. Has anyone else had this problem?
