I'm new to the forum, called Dell last night and got a guy who was SO rude, so I thought I'd try here before I take it to a computer wiz. My dell laptop recently crashed and a new hard drive was installed, I have spent the last 2 days doing all the updates and everything is up to date. I cannot get my printer to fully load. It will not load the Document portion, I can copy, and scan, but cannot scan to a document file, all my documents are scanning as a jpeg or picture. I've gone to the dell website looking for drivers, I've installed and uninstalled and reinstalled - it says all my software and firmware is up to date. Any help, please!![:O]
