Hi,
This is the only printer I have access to at work and it's driving me mad at the moment because the quality is awful if you try to print anything other than black text. Any pictures you throw at it end up looking like a Rorschach test card i.e. black splodges on a white background.
I've tried tweaking all kinds of settings that you'd think would help improve the quality, but to no avail. Was this device designed only to be used for text? Any clues would be much appreciated please.
