we replaced the main power board, once turned on got a fuser error 010-385. after resetting fuser turned on and the fuser started smoking.
I saw online a power distribution board which is different than the main board we replaced. Is it possible this power distribution is also bad and is causing too much power to fuser, thus over heating and smoking?
Issue was after lightning strike.
