Dell V715W Printer New Black Cartridge But Not Printing in Black

I have installed a new Dell 21 Black cartridge but the black will not print.  I've done everything suggested by Dell Support, with no results.  I'm not getting any error messages.  I've cleaned the print head twice.  Would appreciate any help.
