I AM ONE TICKED OFF PRINTER OWNER. I have owned Dell products for over 15 years and this printer is by far the most disappointing of anything I have ever owned. Last October, 2014, the printhead went bad on the printer that is barely 3 years old - SERIOUSLY - and Dell did not even offer a replacement.....I finally found one online and that printhead has now gone bad....SERIOUSLY - I have a Kodak All In One that is 7 or 8 years old and that printhead has never gone bad......explain to me why the printhead on the Dell continues to go bad in a little over 8 months....I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DELL PRINTER!!!! WARNING TO ANYONE EVEN CONSIDERING TO PURCHASE A DELL PRINTER - SIMPLY DON'T!!!!!
Even worse, is that last year when I posted about this issue....NOT ONCE - did I receive any support from DELL on how to resolve the printhead issue - WHAT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I actually got an answer on where to find a new printhead on a totally different site by someone not even connected with DELL....they gave me great customer service....
SHAME ON YOU DELL!!!!!
