I am receiving the follow error message on my 3100 cn color printer. I am unable to use my printer because it repeats the same error message. "Please restart 004-321". I called support and they told me their was a way to look up this error message and find a way to resolve it. I was unable to trouble should it on the Dell site. I do remember that they mentioned something about opening up the printer and removing and cleaning a belt.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue.
