i pretty much tried every single forum answers but DELL's
We are using with no problems CANON printer with out EXCHANGE SERVER on port 25 but recently we've been buying DELL ALL IN ONE PRINTERS ---- Dell 2155cdn Color MFP / Dell C2665dnf Color MFP ---- and we can not get them to work with it SCAN TO EMAIL feature....
I read that its an authentication problem and i tried different setups from different people noting works !!!!
Primary SMTP Gateway : MY COMPANY SMTP SERVER
SMTP port Number : 25 / 587 (TLS/STARTTLS) 465 SSL none of them work !!!
E-Mail Send Authentication : Invalid/ SMTP AUTH (plain) / SMTP AUTH (login) / SMTP AUTH (CRAM-MD5) / SMTP AUTH (AUTO )
SMTP Login User : myuser@company.com / myuser
SMTP Login Password : mypass
Re-enter SMTP Login Password : mypass
POP3 Server Address : DON'T NEED IT
POP3 Port Number : it has 110 but don't need it, if i delete it comes back.
the rest blank !!!
Again if anyone have an idea of how to fix this i am very much appreciated !!!!
