OK, I've spent a very frustrating day. Hope you can get me going. I've removed both printers, V715w and V715w (Network). When I tried to add a printer, it said it found a driver, so I said to use it. I couldn't get the printer to print. Jobs just went to queue, and I had to flush them out. After trying that for a while, I decided to not accept the existing driver and instead use my disk. When I put the disk in, it said that it didn't support 64 bit systems. Then I remembered that I had originally installed the printer on a 32 bit Win XP machine. So then I went to Dell Downloads, found the V715w driver for win7 64 bit, but when I tried to download, the downloads failed because of lack of permissions. I was trying to put it in C://Program Files (x86)/Dell V715w. I gave full control to Trusted Installers, but that still didn't work. And that's where I am right now. Help please.
