DELL 1250C USB problem

I recently bought DELL 1250C color laser, when I print with it everything is fine but I get this weird USB problem:

If I completely shut down my computer and restart it, Windows says it found and USB device it can't recognize. I have to unplug the printer and plug it back at least once to make it work again.

Sometimes happens also if I just restart my computer without actually shutting it down completely. When I check device manager there is "unrecognizable device".

I tried updating the driver but I already have the latest version, also  it seems I have the latest firmware. Also tried with another USB cable and with other USB ports.

Checked my BIOS settings and made it enable ALL USB functionality when booting up, no help there.

My system is as follows:

i3-3225

ASUS P8B75-M , 8 gigs of RAM

Samsung 840 Pro SSD drive

Zotac nVidia 650 Ti

Windows 7 Ultimate

Also have another printer installed Canon Pixma MP210, but DELL is the default one.

If anybody have any idea how to fix this I would be grateful, it is somewhat annoying. I assume the printer is not faulty since it seems to print just fine, only getting this error when I turn on the computer.
