Dell XPS 10 tablet is shipped with Windows RT operating system and Dell v515w is not compatible with Windows RT. So, drivers for v515w are not available on XPS 10. You may refer to link Here to check the list of printers compatible with Windows RT systems.
Windows RT only runs built-in apps or apps that you download from the Windows Store. For more information on Windows RT, you may refer to link Here.
